Penny moved to Ottawa in 1970 after working in the Eastern Arctic for seven years. The duration of her career she has been teamed with Jim Young in the fields of the financial services industry and accounting.

She devotes her time to the practice as office manager/ accounting, working closely with the management team and is the client services associate for Jim's clients. She follows the activity of the client accounts and assists in the preparation of the individual client reviews.

Penny is a fibre/mix media artist and is always working towards the 'next ' Art Exhibition she shares with her Harmony Hopes partner to raise funds for their youth art programs in El Salvador.
